Pricing
Our services are billed at £75 per hour + VAT with a minimum of 30 minutes for remote support work and one hour for on-site jobs.
We come to you
No need to lug your computer to a shop, we can come to you of required, however we can generally help more quickly via remote support.
Warranty
Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work.
